PVC Pipe Repair in Carlsbad

Repair made by removing tree/shrub. Excavated grade and cut out multiple tree roots to expose leaking PVC pipe. Leak source is on a cracked 1 1/2” PVC 90 fitting on the irrigation water main. Acquired parts needed for repair. Repair made by shutting off water service to irrigation main at backflow preventer by driveway entrance. Cut out section of 1 1/2” PVC irrigation main and cracked 1 1/2” PVC 90 fitting. Installed new section of 1 1/2” PVC pipe along with four new 1 1/2” PVC 90 fittings. Allowed PVC glue to cure. Complete clean up of work area.
